Full range of insurance and settlement coverage
Long-term leasing contract insurance and claims settlement services provided by FleetConcept Hungary include delivery and repair work, as well as the performing of all administrative work involved in the process. As no two damage-related incidents are identical, we will respond in a professional way to any situation that might occur. Both our fleet management and long-term rental agreement forms include liability insurance (MTPL) and CASCO insurance contracts and allowances. Furthermore, we can tailor the terms of these agreements to best suit the needs of our customers.
In the event of any damage, our staff will engage the full range of insurance and claims settlement policies to address the situation, and will immediately arrange repairs and/or the delivery of a replacement vehicle. Whether CASCO, MTPL or other liability insurance claims are involved, our staff is equipped—in most cases—to deal with the usual complications. We are required to cover coordination and administration—e.g. handling and processing claims, arranging legal representation, billing and invoicing—and to carry out repair work. FleetConcept Hungary keeps its Partners and customers continually up to date in order to always take the best possible course of action.
Our company also provides all necessary insurance and documentation for the users of all vehicles in the company car fleet. In addition, FleetConcept also offers the possibility—according to the contract terms—to obtain international certification for management, organisation and delivery of vehicles to our clients.
For long-term leasing, fleet rental and car rental contracts, FleetConcept extents mandatory vehicle liability insurance (MTPL) and CASCO insurance premiums. We also cover all other administrative fees and related tax deposits!
In general, FleetConcept Hungary carries CASCO insurance, which provides coverage for the following:
- Breakage
- Weather damage
- Theft
- Partial theft damage
- Glass damage
Our CASCO insurance is valid throughout Europe, as well!
We can also provide supplemental life insurance and luggage insurance, or any other tailored policy modifications that our customers might need.
