Vehicle procurement, registration and delivery
The signing of a fleet management services contract or long-term rental agreement with FleetConcept involves no additional contract fee. Nor is the customer obligated to pay a larger amount up front at the beginning of the contract period. Instead, our customers are only charged a fixed monthly fee, plus fuel costs.
In providing a fleet service, our company takes full responsibility and care in selecting vehicles and models that are perfectly suited to the customer’s needs. We also handle the vehicle ordering and delivery processes over the course of the registration period. We arrange a complete handover upon the arrival of the vehicles. From then on, our clients need to be in contact only with us.
Full-scale assistance
Upon our personal delivery of the new fleet, we provide full assistance and management. This includes the full range of required documents for company cars—e.g. lease agreements, power of attorney, insurance certificates, accident claims etc. Our hands-on involvement and ability to cover all of the technical aspects of new company cars provides the customer with complete assurance.
We undertake the administration of all company car-related equipment that might be required, including the ordering of extras and the coordination and supervision of any installation work. Of course, we can also be consulted in choosing the right automotive tools and components. Our concern for quality and knowledge of regulations comes with having 15+ years of experience.
Test cars are provided during the negotiation stage
As a unique service, we provide test cars to prospective clients during the contract negotiation stage—that is, even prior to reaching a finalised agreement. As this enables our existing Partners to make the best professional decisions, we extend this service to our future Partners as well.
In case the vehicles ordered are not yet available or still being manufactured, FleetConcept can provide similar-category vehicles in the meantime until the ordered vehicles are ready for delivery. Thus our clients can enjoy the use of a fully stocked, high-quality car fleet from the moment that the contract is finalised.
